If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have no visible signs of being used

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Send an email letting to info@cararbn.com and in the subject bar write either return, exchange or refund
• Let us know which products (s) you will be returning, exchanging or wanting a refund
• Please share with us the reason for the return as we strive to improve & give you the best products possible
• If wanting an exchange let us know which products you would like
• A refund, exchange or return will be processed within 5 business days
